SYNER-G TECHNOLOGIES

SYNER-G TECHNOLOGIES

BACKGROUND

Established for 12 years, Syner-G is a system integrator providing IT and infrastructure support to SMEs. To keep up with the speed of evolvement in the IT realm, the founder wanted to rebrand and change the way he packaged his service.

Syner-G believed in helping clients be future-ready and is on a mission to make IT easy for companies to work on the go. They intend to introduce a new service packaged under managed IT solutions.

STRATEGY

Piquant took up this project by first conducting a series of management interviews and customer survey to understand the company’s strengths and weaknesses before conceptualising the brand strategy. From the research identified, business owners were frustrated with downtime and delays during tech breakdown. With its new service, owners can expect a dedicated outsourced IT service provider who will assure efficiency and effectiveness.

We decided to focus on communicating Syner-g’s offerings by addressing customers needs and expectations. Showcasing Syner-G’s support and reliability to all its stakeholders and customers.

The brand essence emphasised on providing IT solutions for seamless operations with a personality that is approachable, dynamic and dependable.

IDENTITY

Keeping in mind the needs of customers for IT to be seamless and dynamic, the brand strategy focused on the overarching concept of seamless, integration and connection. The lines are inspired by digital nodes and the use of gradient colours across touchpoints brought out the dynamism and energy of the company.

OUTCOME

We realigned the messaging and tagline: Empowering Future-Ready enterprises with next-generation IT solutions and applied the brand touchpoints across their corporate stationary, brochures, corporate t-shirt, mousepad and followed through to their website design.
