Established for 12 years, SYNER-G an IT solutions provider offers IT infrastructure support services to SMEs. To keep up with the rapid changes in the IT realm, the founder was on a mission to introduce a new subscription service, known as Managed IT services solution. Piquant took up this project by first conducting a series of management customer survey to understand the company’s sentiments before conceptualising the brand strategy. From the research identified, business owners were frustrated with downtime and delays during tech breakdown. With its new service, owners can expect a dedicated outsourced IT service provider who will assure efficiency and effectiveness.
In our brand essence, we emphasised providing IT solutions for seamless operations. The brand concept incorporated lines inspired by a circuit board and the use of gradient colours across the brand including the logo, brought out the dynamism and energy of the new service offering.
