Heritage Ceramics, Singapore’s only tile manufacturer was in the midst of moving and renovating their showroom in China when COVID-19 struck. The immediate disruption of travel and unknown timeframe of when travel could resume led Heritage to embark on a digital transformation to ensure continuity of their sales process.The goal was to enable relationship building virtually and ensure the digital process could mimic the physical sales experience as closely as possible.
The team had to map out the entire sales process, and understand the important touchpoints and information necessary for an effective online sales engagement.

The new digital identity elevated Heritage’s brand positioning as a forward looking and future ready tile specialist. This enabled them to reconnected with customers internationally to build relationships and sales pipeline in the new normal.A strong digital front provided a wider outreach of international customers. The digital transformation also helped Heritage save time and resources as it enable quicker search and recommendation of products.
