ELM

ELM

BACKGROUND

ELM is Singapore’s first medal makers will full in house capabilities from design to production. With over 50 years experience, they have been serving esteemed customers all over the world.

With government officials, military institutions, internationals corporations and esteemed clubs as their clients, ELM thought it was time to update their corporate identity and refresh their virtual frontage.

The old webfront of ELM was a simple and minimalistic webfront that did not showcase the true capabilities of what the company could offer. Thus, the goal of the site was to emphasize on their strengths and capabilities.

STRATEGY

After a few rounds of information download with the client to understand their industry, customers and processes, the team got down to map out the key
elements that made ELM unique.

We wanted the site to tell a story that is unique to ELM. To bring customers through a journey of crafting the perfect medal. This enabled ELM to showcase their services, manufacturing capabilities, culture and values all through the site.

IDENTITY

The new design focused on bringing out the craft, sophistication and quiet confidence of ELM. With a new photography art direction, we set out to recreate the new digital experience. From the restructuring of the site map, user flow and experience, crafting of content to the development of the back end, Piquant made sure the client was well informed and updated on the project status.

Upon the successful completion of the site, a website user guide was handed over, together with training with their in house marketing team to enable them to update the site content on their own.

OUTCOME

The new website was a breath of fresh air for ELM and their clients. The revamp of images and design of the site portrayed the true essence of ELM and its capabilities.
