Founder & Strategy Director
Celestine is a Practicing Management Consultant that specialises in brand strategy and market research at Piquant. Having previously worked in the branding industry, Celestine founded Piquant Ideas along with two other partners in 2012. Receiving her Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Hospitality at Murdoch University, Australia, and having garnered a design certificate in Visual Communications from NAFA as well as a squared online digital marketing certificate from Google, Celestine’s thirst for knowledge has been key in building solid foundations for brands and aligning her agency with a belief that insights and research fundamental towards building an empowering brand.
Now with over 10 years’ experience in branding, strategy and research, she has overseen and worked across multiple industry sectors ranging from food and beverage, retail, professional services, education and many more. Under her leadership, she has helped clients such as Fortis Law, Heritage Ceramics and Lavish Dine Catering, to develop precise brand positioning and effective differentiation strategies, along with a focus in understanding customer needs and creating the right content for brands be heard.

Art Director
As the Art Director of Piquant, Irwin focuses on creating the overall tone and manner, while implementing it with insights for brands to deliver on their brand promises. Crafting that distinct and memorable direction in every project enables brands to narrate stories that resonates with audiences.
As they say, a picture speaks a thousand words and being a photographer himself, he seeks to conceptualise visual languages that communicates efficiently and effectively, elevating brands towards greater heights.
Having garnered a good mix of industry experience throughout his 7 years in retail, food and beverage, corporate, technology, education, government, and animation, Irwin has build an unique blend of an insightful and perceptive mind in overcoming design and creative challenges.

With a background in communication and marketing, her work lies in ideation, strategy, coordination and managing the delivery and execution of all projects. Her role encompasses both an eye for creativity that connects with the audience and strategy that creates dynamic brand identities, portraying a solid voice through their brand positioning.
Previously from a leading brand consultancy firm in Singapore, she has prior experience in corporate communication, research and marketing activation. She has overseen campaigns and creative work across both SMEs and MNCs in sectors ranging from corporate, food and beverage, education, retail and technology.
Her drive and curiosity helps her clients see the bigger picture through research and branding processes that builds powerful and distinctive brands in today’s agile industry.
